Professional Bike Fit

Our goal is to find the optimal position for YOU on YOUR bike. This comprehensive session includes analysis on and off the bike, and includes a complimentary 30-minute follow-up to make any necessary tweaks after you put in some miles in your new and improved fit!


Running Evaluation

We perform a detailed slow motion treadmill gait analysis to maximize performance and decreases injury risk. We then complement these form changes with precision programming to ensure you show up to the starting line of your next event injury free and ready to perform!

Dr. Dan Aderton is a physical therapist and climbing coach in Madison Wisconsin. He often jokes about taking the “scenic route” to becoming a physical therapist. After graduating from Iowa State University with a Bachelors in English Literature, he went onto co-own a CrossFit gym in Brunei Darussalam. Returning from Brunei, he continued with his education completing his doctorate at South College. When not in the clinic, Dan focuses most of his time on climbing, CrossFit, and handily beating his wife and twin nine year old’s at Catan.

Jake received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he was also a member of the Wisconsin Men’s Rowing Team. He went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee. In his spare time, Jake enjoys exploring all Madison and Wisconsin have to offer with his wife, Lauren, and dog, Mifflin.
